Monday to Sunday - 10:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pickups are strictly by appointment only*
Simply email us with your time of choice for pickup and day after you have placed your order.
Orders are ready within 2 hours of being placed. You must select "pick up" option when placing your order! Please wait for your email confirmation before collecting your order.
Identification
In order to to receive your order and protect your goods, you will need to bring the following in order to pick up your package :
- A copy of your order via your phone or email.
- Your photo ID which matches the First and Last Name of your order.
If you are sending someone else to collect your order, we require that you notify us via email before they come to collect the order. The email needs to come from the email address on your order. Please provide us with the name of the person collecting the order. This person will also need to show photo ID when they collect the parcel.
Order payment
All orders must be paid for prior to collection.
